🅿️ Where to Park

✅ Enter from Britannia Rd East and turn into the 1585 Britannia industrial complex. You will see the “Studio By House” storefront – this confirms you are in the right plaza. Continue straight down the main driveway to the very back row of buildings (Building D). Unit 12 is at the corner of Building D (see map above).

✅ If you are coming from Trinity Drive, enter the complex at “Faucher Industries,” continue straight, then turn left and follow the map above to Building D, Unit 12.

✅ Please park in the designated visitor/customer parking spots — located at the very back of the building.

📦 Pickup Instructions

1. Proceed to our front door at Unit D12, accessible through the courtyard. We are the end unit closest to the rear parking lot, clearly marked with signage at the door.
2. Have your Bidcard # ready
3. A team member will bring your auction items to you promptly.
