✅  If you require shipping, you must contact PkgPlace after the auction ends to arrange delivery. Once we receive your request, we will notify you by email when your items have been picked up.

$1 HANDLING FEE

2% CREDIT CARD FEE (Only when using credit card)

13% HST

ETRANSFER - NO CREDIT CARD FEE (You must indicate "Paying by e-Transfer" at registration. Otherwise your Credit Card on file will be charged as soon as the auction ends. NO EXCEPTIONS!)

✅ We have added a new Color Coded Item Conditions, this does not replace your responsibility as a bidder to READ each items description incase there is any important staff comments and ALL Lot reminders including our Terms & Conditions.

✅ UNPAID INVOICES - If you have an unpaid invoice, you will receive a separate email with a payment link. This invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Once payment is received, you will be sent another email with a booking link for pickup.

✅PICK UP HOURS (by appointment only):

Wednesday 12PM - 5PM

Thursday 11AM - 2PM

Friday 12PM - 5PM

Saturday 12PM - 4PM

✅ WE KINDLY ASK EVERYONE TO PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL, OUTBOX, PROMOTIONS, or SPAM FOLDERS. Your invoice with the booking link will be sent to you within 24 hours after the auction ends. If you have checked and have not seen your invoice by Tuesday morning, please send us an email, and we'll be happy to help. Credit cards are processed after the auction ends, and invoices are sent out 24 hours after the auction concludes.
